One of the clips on one of the racks was not clipped in place. We needed a pair of pliers and brute force to rectify as we couldn’t be bothered to take it back to store. Does the job it was meant to do now it’s been repaired.

Four stars really only because they can’t store completely flat because of the stand up legs. I wish there was a way to get them completely flat (they fold down but not completely flat). But they are absolutely as described and very useful. I am pleased.
