No oil required. Great for roasting vegetables, cooking salmon, breaded chicken etc. only downside is it’s not very deep so you’ll have to be careful with any juices. Washes well & really is non stick.

I have several of these baking sheets, in different sizes. They are totally non stick, easy to clean, go in the dishwasher and easy to store as they’re so slim.
